The team

A founder who is both technical and business, a team that starts with the round.

Prevyber is founded and led by Giuseppe Neglia, with a background that holds computer science and business management together: he builds the product and steers the company with the same head.

The fracture that stops many startups — the technical mind and the business mind splitting apart and clashing — doesn't exist here: the two lenses inhabit the same decision, which keeps product and direction together in the phase where it matters most. The plan doesn't live in the founder's head: it's written down, inspectable and transferable. And the way of working is designed so the founder sets direction without becoming the bottleneck for everything. The round's capital serves to surround him with the right skills right away, through the first senior hires.

A single founder

Why it holds, and isn't a weak point.

Technical and business, one head

The costliest split in a startup is between who builds and who sells. Here there isn't one: every decision is born technical and economic at once.

The plan is inspectable, not in one head

Strategy, risks and choices live written and verifiable. They don't depend on one person's memory: they can be read, challenged, transferred.

The founder leads, not bottlenecks

The way of working is designed for the founder to hold direction, while the first senior hires cover the key areas right after the round.

The first hires

Three key roles, funded by the Pre-Seed.

Product development

A senior figure on app development, the first hire after the round.

Artificial intelligence

A figure dedicated to the engine that reads the language of scams.

Marketing and growth

A figure on acquisition and launch, to turn the product into traction.

The hiring plan is part of the round: these are planned roles, not yet filled.
