From prototype to launch, one step at a time.

The path is marked by a few clear steps, up to the public debut in Italy. Everything about growth and partnerships is presented as a goal of the plan, not as a result already achieved.

The steps

  1. Phase 0

    Preparation

    Prototype of scam detection on the first channels, materials for investors, a contact list. The base to open the round with something concrete in hand.

  2. Phase 1

    Fundraising

    Conversations with investors and closing the Pre-Seed. In parallel, extending detection to more channels and the first beta testers.

  3. Phase 2

    Incorporation and team

    Company incorporated, first hires, preparation for publishing on the store. Capital turns into a team and a product.

  4. Phase 3

    v1 launch · April 1, 2027

    Public debut on Android in Italy. The date is deliberate: an app that protects from scams debuting on the day everyone expects to be fooled is a story that tells itself.

  5. Phase 4

    Traction

    Growth of the user base, first conversions to paid and the build-up of the threat database, toward the end-of-period goals.
