The consumer cybersecurity market is worth about 47.75 billion dollars in 2026, but the real pool is the loss to fraud: hundreds of billions a year. Even just 0.1% of that value would be on the order of hundreds of millions in ARR.

Western Europe, about 250 million people with mobile penetration above 85%. A 5% share of active adults at a range of 8-10 € a month is worth over 5 billion in potential ARR.
