We start from Italy. By choice, not as a fallback.

Premature geographic spread is one of the most common ways a startup burns out. Italy is the ideal laboratory to validate the product before scaling: the same problem as all of Europe, but with the advantage of knowing the ground.

The expansion sequence

Validate in one market, then replicate where the problem is identical.

Phase 1 · Italy

The validation market. Language and culture mastered, a documented problem severe enough to generate traction, and the advantage of building where every detail is known. Android first, because it is over 70% of the Italian market and enables the ambient monitoring features.

Phase 2 · United Kingdom and Germany

Mature digital economies, high willingness to pay for consumer software, the same problem. The language-reading engine already handles any language: localization is light, mainly local brand databases and contextual examples.

Phase 3 · Rest of Europe and beyond

France, Spain and then non-European markets with high smartphone penetration, where local solutions do not yet exist. The outlook is global from day one; the starting point is Italy.

Phases two and three are part of the plan and follow the later rounds: they are goals, not markets already open.
